Terms of service

All our products and devices should arrive and remain in full working order as per each individual items description. Everything we sell goes through a lengthy test period to ensure perfect functionality. Most vintage mechanical or electronic devices are refurbished before sale.

We guarantee all of our vintage and retro items against any kind of serious failure:

Walkmans - 1 year

Cameras - 90 days

This excludes vintage toys, spares/repair devices or items sold as collectors pieces.

As per the consumer law act of 2015, all items are subject to a 14 day money back guarantee if you change your mind about your purchase. Items must remain unused and returned in the exact condition shipped.
Please note - this excludes special order items (something ordered at your request) and the guarantee does not cover any kind of damage that has been done to the item, but we may be able to repair a damaged item for a fee.
