Refund policy

Refunds are only given if a fault has occurred, once the unit is returned and checked. All of our products are refurbished and tested before listing for sale, and again before shipping. Issues are rare but we accept that they may occur due to the age and nature of our products. We list as many details as possible in item descriptions to ensure our customers know exactly what they're buying.

As per the consumer law act of 2015, all items are subject to a 14 day money back guarantee if you change your mind about your purchase. Items must remain unused and returned in the exact condition shipped.

A 14 day return period applies - see distance selling laws at gov.uk.
Please note - this excludes special order items (something ordered at your request) and the guarantee does not cover any kind of damage that has been done to the item, but we may be able to repair a damaged item for a fee.
